closely held businesses, professional service entities, and high net-worth individuals. Accounting
experience includes setting up accounting systems, design and implementation of financial
reporting packages, on-site accounting assistance and personnel training, preparation of financial
statements (audit, review, compilation), litigation support services, business plans and forecasts,
and cash flow projections. Tax experience includes preparation and review of corporate,
partnership and individual income tax returns, and tax audit resolution with the Internal Revenue
Service and state taxing authorities.
Valuation experience includes acquisitions, contract and shareholder disputes, divorce, built-in
gain calculations, and estate and gift matters. Industry exposure includes medical practices,
